Years of bids, job files and SOPs are worth something to AI buyers.
General contractors, remodelers and specialty trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical and landscaping hold exactly the kind of real-world records AI companies want: how work is estimated, scheduled, built and closed out. We help you license them on fair terms while you keep ownership.
What qualifies, and what stays out
We sort this out on the first call, before anything is offered to a buyer.
Usually qualifies
- Estimates, bids, takeoffs and change orders you prepared
- Schedules, daily logs, RFIs and submittal logs
- Punch lists, closeout packages and warranty callbacks
- SOPs, safety programs, training material and checklists
- Job site and progress photos, with people and addresses removed
- CRM history and business email with subs and suppliers, de-identified
Stays out
- Customer names, phone numbers, emails and home addresses
- Plans and drawings owned by architects or engineers
- Employee HR, payroll and personnel files
- Bank, payment and financial account details
- Anything under a contract or NDA that forbids sharing
Most of what buyers want is how the work gets done, not who it was done for. That is why customer identities can come out without losing the value.
How your customers stay protected
De-identified first
Names, contact details, property addresses and parcel numbers are removed or replaced before any file leaves your control.
Photos cleaned
Faces, house numbers, license plates and visible documents are blurred or the photo is left out.
You approve a sample
You review a sample of the cleaned records before delivery. Buyers sign agreements that prohibit re-identification.
You stay in control the whole way
- You keep ownership. A license lets a buyer use a copy for a defined purpose.
- We prefer non-exclusive licenses, so you can license the same records again later.
- We collect competing bids from several buyers so you are not taking one cold offer.
- Records go straight from you to the buyer. Utah Data Partners never holds your files.
- Our fee is paid by you as the client and disclosed in writing before you sign anything. Ask us how it works.
