Privacy policy
Draft dated October 29, 2026. Not yet in effect. This draft has not been reviewed by an attorney and must be reviewed before publication.
This policy explains what information Utah Data Partners ("UDP," "we," "us") collects through utahdatapartners.com and in the course of our business, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Utah Data Partners is an agency based in Cedar Hills, Utah. We help companies license their business records to buyers and connect tradespeople and job sites with paid footage programs. You can reach us at nate@utahdatapartners.com or 801-888-0136.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, company, email, phone number, industry and anything you write in our contact form, emails or calls.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call, our calendar provider collects your name, email and the time you choose.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information about website visitors.
Business records and footage
UDP does not receive, hold or store the business records or footage that companies and tradespeople license. That data is delivered directly from the company or tradesperson to the buyer under the buyer's own data agreement, and the buyer's privacy terms govern it. We may review descriptions or small summaries of the type and volume of records (for example, "eight years of CRM notes") in order to find buyers. We ask that you do not send customer records to us.
How we use information
- To respond to you and schedule calls
- To evaluate whether your company or trade is a fit for buyers or programs
- To introduce you to buyers or programs, with your permission
- To keep records of our business dealings and meet legal obligations
When we share information
- With buyers or programs, only after you agree to an introduction.
- With service providers who help us run the business, such as email, calendar, form and hosting providers, under their own terms.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep contact and business information as long as needed for the purposes above and for our records, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing nate@utahdatapartners.com. Depending on where you live, including under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, you may have additional rights.
Children
This site is for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
